Description

This is an early 18th-century farmhouse, later converted into a house. It is constructed of rubble stone with a stone-tiled roof, featuring coped gables. A saddle stone marks the north end, while the south end and ridge are adorned with stacks.

The west front has a first-floor casement pair, dove openings, and a three-light recessed window with a cyma-moulded mullion. The ground floor features a door and two two-light recessed windows with cyma-moulded details. The east front incorporates a first-floor recessed, chamfered two-light window and two four-pane sash windows. On the ground floor are two four-pane sash windows, a pair of four-pane sashes under timber lintels, a flush cyma-moulded stone doorcase within a later stone porch, and a further four-pane sash window.

A stable and loft addition is attached to the south end, with a coped south gable and dove openings.
