Description

This is a late 17th-century house, altered in the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a Bridgwater tile roof, featuring a coped south gable, a projecting rear wall chimney gable, and a small northeast angle stack. The south gable end, facing the street, has a ground-floor three-light window with ovolo moulding and a hoodmould, and a first-floor two-light window with a cyma moulding and a dripstone. The east front, apparently built out in the 18th century, contains two first-floor two-light windows with flush cyma mouldings, a ground-floor four-pane window in a plain surround, a cyma-moulded doorcase that has been altered, and a three-light window with a dripstone.
