Number 9 on Mason's Lane is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high, with an attic and a basement. It features a hipped slate roof and two large stone chimneys, along with overhanging eaves and a string course. The building has a rendered and painted plinth and three windows, which are sash windows with intact glazing bars.
