Description

The barn at Little Manor Farm is a late 17th-century building with an 18th-century addition. It is constructed with weather-boarding on a timber frame, set upon a brick plinth of English garden-wall bond. The right return shows irregular English bond brickwork. The roof is thatched and half-hipped. The barn has eight bays, with double doors located in the second bay from the left. The rear elevation features two bays constructed of English bond brickwork, dating to the 18th century, while the remaining six bays are weather-boarded. Inside, the braced tie-beam roof has raking queen struts and clasped purlins, with some wind bracing.
