Description
Longmead is a detached house built in the early 19th century. It features squared and coursed stone in small sizes, a Welsh slate roof, and brick gable stacks. The house has two storeys and three windows, all of which are well-crafted 16-pane sash windows with segmental heads and voussoirs. The central entrance is a six-panel flush door located under a transom light and is sheltered by a tent hood above a 20th-century porch. The left gable includes a large stair light, and there are significant extensions at the back. A large extension to the right is noted as not being of special interest.
