Description

This is an early 19th century building of three storeys. It is stuccoed, with a painted rusticated ground floor and a string course at the level of the second-floor sills. The building has moulded window surrounds, flat bracketed eaves, and a slate roof. There are three windows on each of the upper floors. The ground floor features a central angular bay window with a small cornice, and a six-panel door with a plain fanlight set within an arched recess on the left-hand side. This building is part of a group which includes numbers 42 to 64 (inclusive), St Peter and St Paul’s Church, numbers 65 to 85 (inclusive), The Sun Public House, and numbers 88 to 90 (inclusive).
