Description

This is a suspension bridge over the Kennet and Avon Canal, built in the mid-19th century. It is made of cast iron and features steel railings and cables, designed by Dredge, who was a patentee from Bath. The walkway is constructed of timber on a framework that is supported by steel flats, and the span of the bridge is approximately 26 meters.
