Description

No 12 is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high and has three window bays. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door that is sheltered by a thatched canopy. The windows are metal casements with brick lintels that have cambered soffits. The roof is half-hipped on the left side, and there is a gable stack on the right. Additionally, there is a 20th-century lean-to extension beyond the stack.
