Description

14 and 15 The Green are a pair of estate cottages built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from limestone squared rubble and feature a slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high, each with two bays, and have a stone facade that extends over full-height timber lean-tos at either end. The doors are located in the inner bays and are sheltered by gabled timber porches. The first floor has original small paned metal windows, while the ground floor features 19th-century two and three-light casements. There are brick stacks at the gables.
