Description
A pair of estate cottages dating from the late 18th century. They are constructed of small square limestone rubble and malmstone, with brick dressings. The roofs are thatched. The cottages are single-storey with an attic. Number 25 is of three bays, including a projecting forward wing of one bay. Number 26 is of two bays. Both cottages have 20th-century doors set within timber open porches. The ground floor windows are timber casements, each with a stone voussoir. The forward wing has brick openings with three half-brick ring arches. The thatch covers two dormers and the gable of the wing. A central brick stack is present.
