Description

Sutton Lane Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of squared rubble stone and features a concrete plain tile roof with end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window front, which includes earlier 19th-century margin-light sash windows with timber lintels. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door set in a beaded ashlar surround, topped with a hood supported by brackets. The farmhouse has raised angle quoins, rubble stone end walls, and a parallel rear range that includes a stack at the south end.
