Description

This is an early 19th-century building located on the north-east side of New Park Street. Constructed from Bath stone, it is two storeys high and features a first-floor sill course, cornice, and parapet with coping. The first floor has three windows; the central window is blind and contains a recessed sash with intact glazing bars, protected by wrought iron flower guards. The ground floor windows have been altered, and a six-panel door is present, topped with a rectangular fanlight containing marginal glazing. The building forms a group with numbers 32 to 37 on the street.
