Description

The pair of early 19th century houses at 32 and 33 New Park Street are faced in Bath stone and sit on a projecting plinth. The houses are two storeys high, with No. 33 having an attic space. A first-floor string course runs around the building, and a moulded stone cornice, parapet, and coping top the facade. The roof is slate-covered, and two dormers are visible in the attic of No. 33. The windows are recessed sash windows with four panes on the first floor, and a single window each on the first floor with block sills. No. 32 has a passage entrance to the left and a recessed door with six flush panels and a plain rectangular fanlight. No. 33 has a six-panel door set into a deep recess on the right. Numbers 32 to 37 New Park Street are designated as a group.
