Description
The Old Crown Inn is an 18th-century building located on New Park Street. It is two storeys high and constructed of painted brick, topped with a gable end tiled roof. The first floor features four sash windows, each four panes wide, adorned with small scroll pattern wrought iron flower guards. On the ground floor, there is a recessed door with four flush panels to the left, accompanied by a double sash window. To the right, there is another recessed door with four flush panels and two additional sash windows. The ground floor windows do not have glazing bars. The doors are framed with panelled surrounds that include rosette ornaments at the corner blocks and small moulded capping.
