This is an early 19th century building on New Park Street. It is a three-storey structure built of painted stone. A sill course runs along the first and second floors, and the building is topped with a cornice and parapet featuring coping. The roof is slate covered. A single window is centered on the upper floors; it is recessed and has a four-pane sash window. The ground floor features a large tripartite sash window, with altered glazing and a block sill. A recessed door with six flush panels is present, above which is a rectangular fanlight with marginal glazing. The building forms a group with numbers 32 to 37 on the same street.
