Description

No. 15 Thompson's Hill is a detached house dating from the late 18th century, with an early 19th-century refronting. The building is constructed of coursed rubble, with squared and coursed rockfaced rubble on the south front, featuring stone dressings and a gabled stone slate roof with end stone stacks. It has a T-shaped plan that includes a rear staircase tower. The two-storey south front has two windows, which are 16-pane sashes set in blocked stone surrounds. The central doorway is also in a blocked surround with a deep reveal, featuring a 6-panel door.
