Description

This is a row house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of coursed rubble, with dressed stone around the door jambs and wooden lintels above the doorway. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in stone slates, with a stone stack on the right end. The west front has two storeys and one window, featuring 2-light casement windows with small panes of glass. The doorway is positioned to the left, set deep within the reveal and contains a part-glazed 19th-century door. The interior has been extensively reordered in the 20th century, with no original 17th-century features surviving. The building is included on the list principally for its group value alongside the neighbouring properties at numbers 32, 34, and 38.
