Description
Cheltenham House is a house and shop that dates from the late 18th century and has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins and stone dressings around the windows. The gabled roof is covered with stone slates and features two stone stacks. The north front is two stories high and has three windows. The windows are 19th-century sashes with marginal glazing set in blocked surrounds. To the right, there is a semicircular shop bay with small pane glazing from the 20th century. The central doorway has a flat hood supported by brackets and features a six-panel door, with the top two panels being glazed.
