Description
High Street Villa is a house located at the end of a row on Tisbury High Street, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a concrete tiled roof, which has a half-hip on the right side and a coped verge on the left with a brick stack. The building has a gable end facing the road and is two stories high with three windows. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door that is sheltered by a trellised tent porch, with three-light casements on either side. On the first floor, there are two three-light casements and one two-light casement. The right side of the building facing the road has 20th-century casements. The interior has not been inspected, but the house is included for its group value.
