Description
Tudor Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone with a tiled roof, which was formerly thatched, and features a brick stack. The cottage has a gable end facing the road and is single storey with an attic, containing one window. On the north side, there is a 20th-century door set in a stone porch, accompanied by a three-light leaded casement window and two two-light casements to the right, along with a raking buttress. The raking dormer has one two-light casement. The left side of the cottage, which faces the road, features a two-light casement window on the first floor. The rear includes French windows and two-light casements, a full raking dormer, a previously existing eyebrow dormer with a two-light casement, and a 20th-century dormer to the right that also has a two-light casement. The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
