Mill, now disused, with attached house. Early C18. Limestone ashlar, tiled roof with coped verges and stone and brick stacks. L-plan. Two-storey, 4-window main range. C20 door in chamfered stone surround and 4-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to left, 2-light mullioned casement and large elliptically-arched opening over mill race to right. First floor has 3-light and two 2-light mullioned casements with 2-light casement inserted into loading bay to right. House has 2-storey wing projecting to left with glazed door in chamfered surround and enlarged 3-light mullioned casement to left, first floor has 2-light and 3-light mullioned casements. Left return and rear of wing have single- light and 2-light mullioned casements. Rear of mill range has blocked segmental arch over mill race to left with 2-light and 3- light mullioned casements to right on ground and first floors. Cart shed attached to right return of mill. Interior of mill retains no original machinery, having been converted to the Tisbury electricity generating station in C20, a generator still produces power for lighting for the property. House has chamfered beams, open fireplace with chamfered lintel on stone jambs, reset egg and dart moulded door.
