The second floor is framed by short pilasters with fluted caps, which rest on a cill string. The windows are plate glass sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shop front, while to the left, there is an impressive pedimented doorcase with guttae on the brackets and a flat stone surround with a moulded edge.
