Description

1 St Margaret's Place is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of random stone, featuring ashlar quoins and window dressings. The roof is tiled and includes a central stone chimney. The building has stone parapets with kneelers at the gable ends. There are two windows, primarily sash windows with intact glazing bars. The doorway is offset to the right. This property, along with Nos 34 St Margarets Hill and all the listed buildings in St Margarets Place, forms a group.
