Description
No. 3 St Margaret's Place is a possibly 18th-century building that has been altered over time. It is two storeys tall and constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar window surrounds. The roof is pantiled and features a chimney stack that is offset to the left. On the first floor, there are four windows, all of which are two-light casements. The ground floor has one pair of single-light casements and another window with a roll moulding around its surround. The entrance is a plain rectangular doorway with an ashlar surround. This building, along with Nos 34 St Margaret's Hill and all the listed buildings in St Margaret's Place, forms a group.
