Description
This is a late 18th-century house located on Old Derry Hill, near Pewsham, without Calne. The house is constructed of pebbledashed rubble stone with a stone slate mansard roof and a north-end chimney stack. It originally comprised a single room, with two storeys. The front has twelve-pane sash windows on both floors, and a door to the left, set within a flush, chamfered surround with a hood supported by brackets. Single-storey extensions, with roofs of Bridgwater tiles, have been added to each side of the original building.
