Description
Jeroans Upper Cottage is a pair of houses built around 1840. They are constructed of ironstone with ashlar dressings and feature a stone slate roof with coped gables, end wall stacks, and one ridge stack. The buildings are two storeys high. Jeroans has a regular three-window layout with 16-pane sash windows on each side and a 12-pane sash window in the center above a six-panel door that has a hood supported by brackets. Upper Cottage, located to the right, has a similar door with a hood and a one-window layout with 16-pane sashes. The north end wall is made of brick, and there is a brick parallel rear range.
