Description
Ivy Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of coursed rubble stone with a Bridgwater tile roof, featuring coped gables and a stack at the west end. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a double fronted design. There is one 20th-century dormer. The cottage has flush quoins and a drip course. On each floor, there are two 16-pane sash windows set in flush cyma-moulded surrounds, which were originally designed for 2-light mullion windows. The central door is also in a flush cyma-moulded surround and is accompanied by a 20th-century porch. At the rear, there is a later two-storey wing.
