Description

This is a cottage located in Collingbourne Ducis, built from colourwashed flint faced chalkstone with brick dressings. It has a thatched roof and is a single storey with an attic, consisting of 2 bays. The door is located in the left bay and is boarded with a heavy frame. There are 20th-century windows on the ground floor and two flush 19th-century dormers. A major stack is present on the right gable, which is partly external and remains from a now-demolished building that was to the right. There is a second stack on the left gable and an outshut at the rear.
