Description
Peters Monument is a 19th-century pedestal monument located in the churchyard, approximately 8 meters north of the north aisle of the Church of St Michael. It is made of limestone and features a rectangular block with cusped and inscribed sunken panels on a twice offset base. The monument has three weathered stages that culminate in a four-way gabled stone. It commemorates Ralph Peters, who died in 1874, Henry Peters, who died in 1778, and Harriett Peters, who died in 1882.
