Description

Tres Jolie is a cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of flint and cob, topped with a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, with a later 18th-century lean-to on the left side. A central door is set within a gabled porch, and there are casement windows along with two flush dormers. The cottage features a central stack and a door leading to the lean-to. To the right, there is a 20th-century single-storey extension. The roof is half hipped on the right side and sweeps down over the lean-to on the left.
