Description
The gate-piers and flanking walls located immediately southeast of the lodge east-southeast of Frankleigh House date from the mid to late 19th century and are likely the work of architect Henry Clutton. The structure features a pair of octagonal ashlar gate-piers with broaches at the corners, rising in three stages and topped with obelisk finials. The gate-piers are accompanied by short sections of dressed stone and ashlar walls, which have saddle-back coping.
