Description
The barn is a shelter barn, likely dating from the 17th century with a rear extension added in the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with dressed stone to the entrance jambs, and has a gabled roof covered with stone slate, with half-hipped ends. A wooden lintel spans the entrance. Inside the 17th-century section of the barn, original collar and tie-beam roof structure remains. The building is included on the list for its group value.
