Description

Catkins Shamrock Cottage is a pair of cottages dated 1827, built by the Reverend W.W. Burne. They are constructed from rubble stone and feature a slate roof with a ridge stack and end stacks. The cottages are two storeys high and have a four-window range of paired casements, with doors centrally located for each cottage. The left cottage includes an inserted casement in the centre of the first floor and has a brick porch added to the end wall. The right cottage features small-paned casements and a lean-to porch at the end wall.
