Description

Brick Kiln Cottage is a detached house built around 1830-1840. It features distinctive diaper brickwork and has a slate roof. The front elevation is symmetrical, with a central half-glazed door topped by a radial fanlight set within a gauged round arch. There are 16-pane sash windows with segmental heads on either side of the door. The roof is hipped and includes a prominent central stack with five flues. A rear wing extends to the left of the main structure.
