Description

The Old Schoolroom is a building that dates back to the 17th century and has been altered in the early 19th century. It is now part of the outbuildings of Hydes House. The structure is made of rubble stone and features a thatched roof with a coped verge and an ashlar stack with moulded capping on the left side. At the front, there is a rustic verandah beneath the thatched roof, and to the right, there is a ledged and studded door. The rear of the building has two three-light leaded casements.
