Description

Street walls to the south and east of The Grange, along with gatepiers, date from the mid-19th century. These battered rubble walls are approximately 3 feet high and feature ashlar piers at intervals, although most of these piers have been reduced in size. At the eastern end, the walls ramp up in two stages to curve towards the vermiculated gatepiers located at the southeast corner.
