Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a cottage located at the end of a row, dating from around 1700 and altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone and features a fishscale tiled roof with an axial brick stack. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. There is a planked door set in a trellis porch to the right, with a 3-light casement and a square bay with casements to the left. On the first floor, there are two 3-light casements. The right side of the cottage is rendered. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in August 1986.
