Description

The bridge over the River Avon is a road bridge built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar and features four spans that are semi-circular arches, each with keystones and pilasters positioned between the arches. The balustraded parapet, which has weathered coping, is divided into four panels and runs along both sides of the bridge. On the east side, there is a footpath that overhangs the river and is supported by cutwaters.
