Description
The Morford monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 3 metres north of the nave of the Church of St Peter. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features two fielded panels with a central floral drop, quarter balusters, and a fluted frieze adorned with rosettes, topped with a moulded flat top. The inscription on the monument is partly illegible.
