Description

The gate piers to the churchyard of the Church of St Peter, located in Monkton Farleigh, are likely from the early 19th century. They are constructed from limestone ashlar and are designed in a rhombus shape to face the church porch. The piers feature moulded weathered cappings and are accompanied by mid-20th century wrought iron gates. Additionally, there is a single-slab stone stile on the west side.
