Description
No. 59 is a detached cottage located on Top Lane in Stourton with Gasper. It is probably from the early 18th century and is built of rubble stone with a half-hipped thatched roof and brick stacks. The cottage is single-storey with an attic and features four windows. There is a planked door to the left of the center, a three-light casement window to the left, and two-light and two three-light casement windows to the right. To the right of the cottage is a garage with a 20th-century entrance door and a two-light attic casement window. At the rear, there are French windows and casement windows, along with an external added brick stack to the left. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in October 1986.
