Description

Lake View is a semi-detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with stucco and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with gable end brick stacks. The entrance is positioned at right angles to the road. The house is two stories tall and has a three-window east front. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door flanked by 12-pane sash windows on either side. The first floor also has three 12-pane sashes. On the right side, there is a lean-to extension that includes a 12-pane sash window. Inside, the house features six-panelled doors and a grey marble fireplace with decorative paterae in the room to the left of the entrance.
