Description

No. 31 Pyatts Corner is a detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It is built of painted Flemish bond brick and features a thatched roof with a half-hip on the right side and a brick stack on the left. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. The central entrance has a planked door set within a thatched porch, with a three-light casement window on either side. There is a toothed brick plat band at the first floor level, above which are two more three-light casement windows and a toothed eaves course. The right return and rear of the building have lean-to extensions. The interior has not been inspected.
