Description
The Stumble Inn Public House is a public house built around 1855 to 1865. It has a plastered exterior and a slate roof that is gabled at both ends, with a rendered shaft on the right end stack. The building is two storeys high and features a front with one central bay and three total bays that were originally symmetrical. The central entrance has a two-leaf six-panel door with two overlights and a floating cornice supported by consoles. On the ground floor, the left window has a segmental-arched head and is fitted with a four-pane sash, while the right window has been extended and has 20th-century glazing. The first floor contains three twelve-pane sash windows, and the left bay includes a door on the ground floor and a twelve-pane sash window above it. The interior has not been inspected but may have interesting features.
