Description

Dated 1699, this is a thatched cottage situated at an angle to the road. The cottage is rendered. The rear (south-west) front has one and a half storeys with a catslide roof extending over the entrance. It features one window and an eyebrow dormer to the left, with three-light casement windows and shutters on the ground floor. Two windows are located in the catslide section. A T-plan brick chimney is present on the gable end, incorporating a stone tablet inscribed with "ICE 1699." The front garden facade displays two windows and an eyebrow dormer.
