Description

Ithaca Cottage is an early 19th-century building that was originally slate-roofed. It is one and a half storeys tall, constructed from rubble with some parts rendered, and features brick quoins. The cottage now has a thatched roof with brick chimneys at both ends. The west gable end is half-hipped and includes shaped stone set in the masonry. Dormers are present only on the north side, which faces the path. The garden front has a central brick porch with a catslide roof, flanked by casement windows that have dormers above them. There is a modern extension to the left, and the interior has been modernised.
