Description

Sunny Cottage is probably an early 19th-century, two-storey thatched cottage located on the edge of the village and the Downs. It features a half hipped roof and is constructed from rendered rubble. The south side has two windows, and there is a large modern flat-roofed extension on the ground floor that includes an entrance. The site is split level to the north and west, which is accessed by steps up a path from Cheney Cottage.
