Description

Gloucester House, built around 1832 for the notable local woolstapler Robert Jenner, is a three-storey building constructed of ashlar. It features a low-pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves. The façade has two windows with glazing bar sashes and decorative stone courses at the floor levels. The entrance includes a six-panel door topped by a marginally glazed transom light. Inside, there is a sweeping rail to the staircase.
