Description
Lloyd's Bank, built around 1832 for the local woolstapler Robert Jenner, originally served as a workshop. The building stands three storeys tall and features a two plus two bay design, with the two right-hand bays set slightly forward and topped with a hipped roof. The exterior is constructed of coursed rubble resting on an ashlar plinth. It has glazing bar sash windows that have relatively new-looking lintels. The eaves overhang slightly and are supported by brackets, and the roof is low pitched and covered with slate. The entrance door is located in the right-hand break of the façade. The interior has been altered.
