Description
Draycot Farmhouse is an early 18th-century building featuring a front made of red and blue brick. It has two storeys and a later brick extension with quoining on the north side. The farmhouse has seven bays but only three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all of which have segmental heads, flush frames, and flush stone keys, with glazing bar sashes. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and there are two brick chimneys, including a gable end chimney on the right dormer. A central portico with Tuscan columns, a moulded cornice, and a broken segmental pediment with a vase is present, although this portico appears to have been added later. Inside, the front southeast room features a shell niche cupboard and dado panelling.
